Margaret Lawrence
President & Principal
Margaret Lawrence has 25 years of high-level administrative leadership experience in not-for-profit and for-profit companies. She has managed the day-to-day operations of a multi-million-dollar company, led associations, and consulted to numerous organizations in nonprofit, manufacturing, healthcare, and tourism, to name a few.
Over the last 15 years, Margaret has focused on HR consulting. She has successfully placed top executives in healthcare, construction, corporate, not-for-profit, higher education, and hospitality positions. She enjoys building a rapport with her clients, fully understanding their needs, and getting her arms around the position they need to fill. She loves engaging with the candidates and works diligently to find the best possible match. Her record of successful placements is excellent.
Margaret has a Master in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Elmira College. She is a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.

Margaret has led or been involved with searches for the following positions: Founding Dean, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Dean of Aerospace, Associate Vice President for Budget and Planning, Associate Vice President for Human Resources, Director of Campus Safety, Vice President for Business Development, Assistant Vice President for Fiscal Affairs, General Counsel, Chair of the Department of Occupational Therapy, Chief Executive Officer for a large non-profit.
Alyssa Minichiello

Alyssa Minichiello has been in the recruiting industry for the past 10 years in financial services and in healthcare. In her professional experience she has focused on selection, retention, marketing, and advertising on job boards, social media, and in the community. She understands the changes that continue to occur in the job market and has adapted accordingly to bring the best possible results. Alyssa has a keen attention to detail and believes that building a connection is the most important aspect to finding the right person for the right opportunity.
